Long term residency permit

validity maximum 2 years depending on purpose of stay

request of long term residency can be filed in closest foreign police department according to place of stay 

request of long term residency has to be filed maximum 90 days before expiration of residency, 
but no longer then 14 days before expiration of residency

purpose of stay : employment, business, study, family reunification

requested documents: purpose of stay, accommodation document, financial funds, photos, travel document, health insurance, 
no-dept comfirmation from tax office and no-dept confirmation form Social security office (only for business purpose)
