request of work permit is filed at Labor office in place of residency

every open position has to be offered at first to Czech citizen registered in Labor office database. 
Request of work permit for NON EU citizens, will depend on situation in labor and qualification of applicant 

requested documents: evidence of employer, announcment of open job, license from commercial court, 
docuement of intention of comapany to emplyoy NON EU citizen, draft of work contract with NON EU citizen,pronouncement of emplyer, 
copy of passport, proof of education (Diploma), photos
